When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, gift message, and the messages you send us. We also receive basic technical information such as browser type and website activity when analytics are enabled.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in gift notes or custom bouquet requests.

We use customer information only when reasonably necessary to:

• prepare, deliver, and provide updates about an order;
• respond to questions and custom bouquet requests;
• prevent fraud, payment abuse, and security incidents;
• maintain business, tax, and transaction records; and
• improve our products and website.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Promotional messages will only be sent when you have chosen to receive them, and you may opt out at any time.

This website does not collect payment. After an order is confirmed, payment is arranged directly with you. Avrielle Flowers does not receive or store card or UPI credentials on this site. Delivery partners, website hosting, and database providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and apply their own privacy terms.

Order and catalog information is stored using Supabase, with access controls intended to restrict private order data to the store administrator. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfil orders, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting obligations, and protect the business. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. You may also withdraw consent for optional communications.

The store is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. Orders should be placed by an adult or with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
