Making time
Ready designs usually leave our studio within 3–5 working days. Custom bouquets generally require 7–10 working days after the design is confirmed. Busy seasonal periods or large orders may take longer; we will confirm this before making begins.
Delivery area and charges
We currently ship within India. Availability, delivery charges, and estimated transit time depend on the destination PIN code and parcel size. Any applicable delivery charge is shown before an order is confirmed.
Tracking and delays
When tracking is available, it will be shared using the contact details supplied with the order. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, public holidays, service disruptions, and remote locations can cause delays outside our control.
Address problems
Please check the recipient name, phone number, address, and PIN code carefully. Contact us immediately if something is wrong. Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
